Docudays UA: Volunteers wanted!

01 February 2014

The 11th Docudays UA International Human Rights Documentary Film Festival calls for volunteers!

We are looking for an active youth willing to explore the set-up of unique and timely event that is a documentary film festival.

The next Docudays UA festival will last for 8 days, starting March 21 through 28, 2014. It will take place in Cinema House in Kyiv, Ukraine.

The exceptional experience of working with the festival team, a chance to meet interesting people from all over the world, an effective practice in communication and leadership, a test for your managerial skills – this is what waits for you.

Volunteering for Docudays UA is a unique chance to support the evolvement and rapid development of civil society. Only together with YOU, THE VOLUNTEERS we will be able to inform the community on the burning issue of importance of human rights observance in Ukraine. There is no need to accentuate on how important it is for our country today!

Docudays UA offers flexible hours, free meals, and accommodation for volunteers from outside of Kyiv (if the reasonable need is provided).

Moreover, a special training course will be held for volunteers. Afterwards the best candidates are going to be chosen.

To become the Docudays UA volunteer fill in the application form on our website. The deadline for submissions: March 1, 2014.

Detailed information on requirements for volunteers can be found here.

We are waiting for springtime and looking forward to meeting you!
